Working principle:
Feed the fiber evenly to opening machine (whose capacity is
120kg/h), the fiber is opened and blew through pipes to a silo by a
fan. There’re photo-switches on the silo, when the fiber inside is
full, the opening machine will stop automatically.
Then the fiber drops down from silo and blew again by a fan to
filling nozzle, then be blew to pillow case. There’re two filling
nozzles which work in turn. When one is working, you can cover
pillow case on the other. The clamps on nozzles are controlled by
foot switch.
There’re two worktables close to the nozzles, which can flap the
pillow during filling in order to make filling even.
